並且計劃將這些台灣小孩的紀錄和世界各地喜愛天線寶寶的大朋友、小朋友們分享。
「天線寶寶」本土版的製作為節目部兒青組業務,將由260集中挑選出90集孩子覺得
陌生的地理環境、文化等部分抽離,針對Local insert外景部分重製,包含區域文化
及族群(客家、原住民等)的平衡,以求更貼近本土幼兒生活經驗及文化,製作屬於台
灣本土的local insert。
另一方面,也能從製作過程中引進Ragdoll的製作流程、測試、選角等過程,學習製
作幼兒專業技術,Ragdoll也將來台協助有關本土版的前製作業。

以幼兒的眼光來看世界:
以幼兒為本位,幼兒是主體,大人只是配角,以幼兒喜愛的「玩樂」為出發點,為孩子
建構一個充滿快樂與創造力的生活紀錄。
Insert的目的不是窗子就是鏡子:
窗子是讓孩子看出什麼是他們不喜歡的,鏡子是讓孩子看出什麼是自己喜歡的。
Insert是重新創造而非複製:
配合Ragdoll要求,需選擇許多不同的導演來拍攝,為了確保有足夠不同的個性表現,
Ragdoll要求要有不同性格的導演供選擇。一些影片需要特殊技能的導演,例如對兒
童美術創造才能或特殊音樂的知識等。此外,導演要選擇感覺非常好相處的小孩來
參與拍攝工作 ,與孩子間打造一個良好的關係。
Insert是孩子自發的表現:
Insert強調是帶給孩子快樂、熱情,最重要的是”自發的”、”自然的”。如果insert
不包含這些關鍵點,就不能成為天線寶寶的一部分。
兒語的運用:
將四隻天線寶寶定位為與目標觀眾同年齡的同儕,使用與幼兒相同的兒語,使幼兒願
意與其親近,成為他們的一分子,考慮兒童發展的階段,以”I love…I like…”等
兒童配音來表達感情,以”My name is…”來表達孩子是個體的,非附屬的。

配合本會節目政策,經過與幼教專家及諮詢會達成共識,「天線寶寶」本土版將製作
90集,分別為八大類:

動物（Animals）
做做看（Making & Doing）
說故事（Storytelling）

季節的盛會（Seasonal Festival）
聖誕節（Christmas）。
本土版將以「幼兒本位」為考量,其內容發展從生活中自然延伸,著重於兒童的「生
活經驗」及「生活技能」方面,考量放入本土之民俗節慶之外,儘量以本土有什麼來
思考,再掌握原版的精神。
